All details about our property are listed within the sections of our site.  Please browse our page!  To qualify to rent an apartment you must fill out a rental application, pay a $35 application fee in a money order, and show valid ID and social security card.  We will then check your credit history, criminal record, and verify your income.

 

We have Preferred Employee Discounts- Preferred Employers include specific car dealerships, state employees, and law enforcement.

We also offer student discounts to current students.  Students

or other applicants who do not qualify may obtain a qualified co-                       signer.
